We are proposing to start with first community in Kabul on total plot area 10,000,000.00 m2 serving 150,000 inhabitants.
The project has to be in 3 phases equal in areas but changeable in Contents based on market demand studies.
Each phase required 3 years including designing, mobilizations and constructions
Phase 1
• Required 3,500,000.00m2 plot area for 30,100 inhabitants.
• Constructions covering not exceed than 15% from total phase area, 25% roads and pavers, and green area not less than 60% from total phase area.
