Scope of Our Works:
The project included the execution of finishing works for a number of residential units, covering block works, plastering works, as well as internal and external painting works. All works were carried out in accordance with the highest quality standards and in full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the site.

General Project Description:
The Social Housing Project in the (Al Hajer – Al Jafr) area is one of the prominent social and developmental housing initiatives in the region. Located in Al Hofuf, the project spans an area exceeding 530,000 square meters and comprises approximately 1,290 residential units, with prices starting from SAR 732,000. The project aims to provide suitable and sustainable housing solutions for citizens, contributing to improved living standards and community development.
