Scope of Our Works:
The project included the execution of structural and concrete works for the entire reinforced raft foundation, covering an area of approximately 65,000 square meters. Works were also carried out in Zone (2–13), comprising three basement levels with varying heights (4, 6, and 8 meters), in addition to three upper floors with different heights (8, 11, 14, and 16 meters). All works were executed in accordance with the highest quality standards and in full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the site.

Solitaire Mall is a fully integrated commercial development currently under construction on an area of approximately 65,000 square meters in Al Sahafa District, Riyadh. The architectural design combines enclosed and open spaces with suspended gardens and includes 15 zones distributed among a diverse mix of retail outlets, cinema halls, offices, restaurants, and cafés, offering a modern and comprehensive shopping and entertainment experience
