Scope of Our Works:
The project included the execution of structural and concrete works for one basement level, a ground floor, and five upper floors, completed in 2021. Finishing works were carried out in 2022. All works were executed in accordance with the highest quality standards and in full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the site.

General Project Description:
The new headquarters of the General Authority of Civil Aviation in Riyadh is a state-of-the-art administrative building with an implementation cost of approximately SAR 180 million, covering an area exceeding 100,000 square meters. Located within the vicinity of King Khalid International Airport, the project comprises interconnected buildings with a modern architectural design, including a basement, ground floor, and five upper floors, and is equipped with comprehensive technical, engineering, and office facilities.
