Scope of Our Works:
The project included the execution of structural and concrete works for three residential towers out of a total of eight towers within the development. Each tower consists of 15 upper floors. All works were carried out in accordance with the highest quality standards and in full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the site.

General Project Description:
The Residential Towers Project at King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh is a strategic development aimed at providing modern and well-integrated housing for the city’s staff. The project comprises eight residential towers, some of which are designated for female staff accommodation, with most towers consisting of 14 to 15 floors. The development offers a high level of privacy and convenient accessibility within the medical city, in addition to a charitable housing initiative designed to ease the burden on patients and their families.
