Scope of Our Works:
The project included the execution of structural works in Zone (2A1-A), comprising four basement levels designated for parking facilities, in addition to the construction of the upper floors. The works involved one floor with a height of 6 meters utilizing a waffle slab system, as well as another floor with a height of 13 meters constructed using the same system. All works were carried out in accordance with the highest quality standards and in full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the site.

General Project Description:
Building 3.01 is a smart and sustainable parking facility located within the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh. The project provides more than 2,000 parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle charging stations and occupies an area of approximately 9,720 square meters. The building has achieved both ParkSmart and LEED environmental certifications and is connected to surrounding buildings through four pedestrian bridges. It also integrates a monorail station, enhancing connectivity and mobility within the district.
