Scope of Our Works:
The project included the execution of architectural finishing works, comprising masonry works for the basement levels, plastering works for several floors, as well as preparation, painting, and gypsum board installations for ceilings and insulated partitions. All works were carried out in accordance with the highest quality standards and in full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the site.

The Development of the Petroleum Conversion Research Center (PCRC) Building at Dhahran Techno Valley (DTV), affiliated with King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), aims to establish an advanced research facility that supports industrial innovation and enhances scientific and technological research in the field of petroleum conversion and advanced technologies, contributing to the Kingdom’s research and development ecosystem.
