Scope of Our Works:
The project included the execution of finishing works in Zone (1.06 – 1.07), comprising 11 floors designated for parking facilities. The scope of work covered plastering and painting works, installation of door hardware systems, as well as door treatment and spray works. All works were carried out in accordance with the highest quality standards and in full compliance with occupational health and safety requirements at the site.

General Project Description:
Building 1.06 is an advanced, multi-use parking facility located within the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh. The project provides between 1,800 and 2,200 parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle charging stations and consists of 11 floors. The building has achieved the ParkSmart Gold certification from Al-Kabbani Group and features smart integration with pedestrian bridges and Monorail Station No. 3, enhancing connectivity and mobility within the district.
